Awesome. Just proves it's not about how much money you have it's about how much skilz you have. Nice job. What are you guys running for heads? Also would you mine talking a little about what you doing to keep the rods alive ? Are you pulling timing out at max torque and then throwing it all back in after max torque ???? Anything you might share from what you learned ?????

If we knew what we were doing to keep the rods alive we'd have the market cornered. We've thought, on more than one occasion, that we've hurt something but it keeps on ticking. As for pulling timing at max torque, we don't even know where that occurs. The car has only been on a dyno once, and that was with the old PT88, 20psi, and 5700RPM. I couldn't even tell you where it made max torque or if it ever made max torque on the dyno.
On the track it shifts north of 7000RPM and has seen many, many 30psi+ passes, and now it's had 4 passes with 40psi crammed down it's throat for some portion of the run.
We have learned that we're failures at blowing this engine up. Without being willfully negligent, we've been convinced more than once that we were going to break it with boost. We are certain there is a number where it will happen, but we've not found it yet.

We've not talked about it. We're going to run a race locally the weekend of the 10th, so that may be it for us for the year.
