It's 3.5" flange. This reduces to 3".
I just built this a few weeks ago.
My turbo is the S476 billet. It wasn't $650....

What's size tilt clamp is that you have on your s475 I cut my vband completely off n Nothing wrong with that! If money wan't an issues I'd be all over it. I ground my S475 standard cover outlet down. I use a 3.5 to 3" coupler.
