I looked up 3 series but I don't see it in the add.

I have a 12-bolt with 33 spline axles with a 3-series spool and 3.08 gears. Just yesterday I laid down my best ever 60' time of 1.29 seconds:
Then I drove it the 70 miles back home. I think the 3.08 gears are a great choice for a street driven, boosted, hot rod.

you noticed that I didn't brag about the rest of the run... This race I had decided to run 93 octane pumpgas with 50% methanol/water. I recently added a second nozzle and wanted to see how that combination would work. I moved the timing from 16° to 18° but didn't go any higher - even though I still have a good safe timing mark on the spark plug strap (very close to the bend). With all that being said, my performance Sunday was .15 seconds and 4 mph off what I ran last fall mixing 110 octane with timing at 23°. So at this race I ran mid 5.8s at 119 mph.
I didn't see any sign of detonation & IAT stayed around 90° but I'm a little timid to go much higher on timing. Next time out I plan to run 100% methanol and bump up the timing, slowly, checking multiple plugs each pass. I'm also hoping to swap in some larger turbine housings than my current .68 housings.
Sorry to get side-tracked in your thread though.
