We are working on a product chart / matrix so that customers can understand which parts they need to buy based on their application. We get many e-mails asking about various combinations and there are simply too many to reply to them all in detail.

Here is a webstore link for all the components required to complete a DP system for many GM SUV applications which have a plastic factory fuel pump module. This setup is NOT for older vehicles which have pump-on-a-stick hangers.

http://www.racetronix.biz/customkiti...DIYDPK-SUV&eq=

The pressure switch should be selected based on the DPA and FWHP.
The secondary pump on the DPA-510 should be activated at apx. 550FWHP.
The secondary pump on the DPA-680 should be activated at apx. 650FWHP.

The fuel tube length should be selected based on the height of your module. There are three common lengths used.

* This kit is designed to only work with Delphi modules which use the Delphi 280-series bulkhead connector shown here:

Would like to know more info about the wiring harness included? Wire size? Plug and play?
I was planning on usin the universal dual relay harness and getting a Hobbs and pigtail and wiring it all up but this might be a better option. Any pics?

Btw I've tried emailing you racetronix and get a failure notice like the email isn't valid?

The harness bundle in these kits is fully PnP / application-specific.
The harness is similar to this one that we manufacture less the indicator output.
.
The main harness, bulkhead connector and in-tank wiring are all made with heavy-gauge wire to maximize performance of the RXP340 pumps. The F99 kit comes with the new 280-series upgraded bulkhead connector.

replied to your reply from last week, still waiting. it would be nice to get a straight forward response instead of only asking how i was going to mount the pumps and my order history only showed 1 pump purchase, although i know yall didn't send me 2 in the box and only charge for one lol

hope to hear some good news on the hotwire kit soon & T shirt looks good

Sure sounds like a great set up. I would still like more specs about the harness since there are no real specs on the website. Maybe post some pics of it installed in a Fbody bucket?

I know I've seen other members post one or two pics of it installed so I know it will all fit just saying it might help.

I like idea of a complete package but at the same time if I don't know 100% what to expect out of the wiring harness Id rather make my own so I know what I have.

Our plug & play DP wiring harness is top-notch allowing our pumps to provide maximum performance and OEM reliability. The DP harness is comprised of three sub harnesses. The main fuse/relay harness that provides power from the battery/alternator to the back of the car, the intermediate harness that interfaces the factory harness and fuel module to the fuse/relay harness and the in-tank harness that interfaces the pumps to the bulkhead connector. The HIH harness interfaces the pressure switch to the fuse/relay harness. Dual ground control loops allow primary/secondary pump selection/control via the pressure switch, PCM, TPS, RPM or any other control system. All connections, relays and fuses are waterproof using Delphi connectors. We offer different intermediate and in-tank harnesses for a range of vehicle platforms.

Our harness is a TOTAL solution that interfaces to the factory wiring that does not require any modification. There is nothing else like it on the market.

What sorts of other mods need to be done besides the complete kit you are offering? Will this require mods to the bucket or stock lines?

Mods to the bucket are required to fit the DPA-510 or DPA-680 pump assemblies.

Factory lines may be used with the DPA-510 as long as the secondary pump is staged to come on at the point where 75% or more of the primary pump's capacity is being used by the motor (not returning to the tank). The DPA-680 requires -8 feed and -6 Teflon return lines with a FM FPR.

We highly recommend that a FM FPR with -6 Teflon return line be used with any DP pump system. The factory regulator's placement and capacity are one of the weakest links in the F-Body fuel system. Adding these two items will extend HP support and stabilize the fuel rail pressure.

Racetronix carries a full line of Fragola fittings, adapters, filters, regulators and Teflon hose in our web store.
