How much boost for....

How much boost for.... ...around town driving and for track driving. How much boost can I get away with on 93 octane...rough estimate, with the following combo...
Forged 6.0L, PP Stage 3 LS6's, 8.6:1 compression
Either a T70 or GT45 turbo...haven't decided yet.
Meth injection kit for the higher boost levels.
The rest of the engine should matter to much for this question.
What would be a safe boost level for street driving, and then what would you recommend for the track. Any power estimates in both categories. Thanks for the input!
