yeah but i donīt have to deal with 65mph speed limits as soon as i hit the german autobahn which is 20 minutes from my hometown but still you guys are right....spent 8 months of my life living in arizona and those were the best i ever had

Is it something you have to adjust on the fly quickly? A simple manual valve that vented all the boost would be the best route IMO. a 12v electric valve would be an easy way to do it on the fly.

I think some older BOV's operated via a throttle blade like those cutouts. So as long as it seals when required, it may be a possible option. It would certainly vent plenty of air.

what about this? should work if it is not total cheap crap and if i just use it to bleed of air, i could just plump the whistle off and let air bleed off into atmosphere or back into the air intake part of my system. can i use that also as a bypass valve?

Even though you're only using a P1 blower, I doubt that electric one will be able to flow enough air to cause the huge power reduction you want.
As Yenko said, the best electric vent option would be one of the exhaust "electric cutout" type valves.
My only concern would be whether they remain fully sealed under boost.
Search google images for "electric cutout" and you can see the various options.
Depending on blower inlet size, you could even place one in front of the blower itself with maybe a small hole in the disc or a stop to limit its closing.
Fully closed would be reduced power mode. Fully open normal mode.
QTP List a 4" version, so should be ideal for the blower inlet.

im gonna get a rope into the engine compartment to pull at least 4 ignition wires off the coils to do the rest cylinder deactivation hehe. i think i have some places where i can start to work with and i think the summary of a 4500 rev limiter, a bit preignition pulled out and something that bleeds off boost or restricts the air to the blower would do the rest to reach my goal

Whichever you choose, keep it simple.
Dont try and use multiple tactics.
I think a 4" cutout in front of the blower would be the best and easiest all rounder....assuming you have the room to fit it. And make sure the blade doesnt touch the impeller.

The best way to do this is to not build any boost. So the trick here is to put on a blow off valve that you can manually open so you don't build any boost, and will stay at around 400rwhp. So make up a vacuum canister to store some vacuum with a one way valve, then when needed, open that vacuum source to the blow off valve and all the boost will be vented.

The venting boost trick seems like it would be rather suspicious as well unless you got into some routing scheme. Even at 2000 RPM it sounds like a friggin hurricane, I can only imagine at 6500 RPM those cops would **** a brick. My vote is for pulling 3-5 degrees of timing using a toggle switch and limit RPM to 5k if possible. That should knock you down a couple hundred horse and no one would know the difference.

Venting boost...big deal, it's supercharged it's supposed to make noise

If he is only allowed to have 350hp, then cutting boost is not going to be enough. Even NA a 6.0L should easily make 375-400rwhp. I think the best option is simply to limit RPM. Like he said, they don't know what they are looking at. I would even point the tach at 4000rpm. Doesn't the Holley HP have a "valet" switch option, where you can flip a switch and it defaults to a certain set of parameters including a lower rev limiter?

yep the holley has lots of in and outputs where i can adjust almost every parameter and trigger rev limiter or timing retards so thatīs no big deal. i just didnīt know if iīm gonna mess something up if i change things like timing too much. i already ordered a qtp 4" cutout that iīm gonna install into the air intake. but before i can strangle that poor guy i need to get it running because i am still in the buildup of the camaro and need to get some good numbers on the dyno for the fun times, after that i start to play with rpm/timing on the dyno. i just want to know all options before i finish all the bodywork.
