It might sound absurd to some, but a plastic drum for alcohols and corrosives only runs about 20 bucks. The problem with E85 in some areas is scarcity. You might have to plan ahead if you want to run it.

Mine is a street strip car, I won't be driving it very far at any one time.
Jax, I have seen the LS 1/6 crack sleeves. It happens often when #7 piston lets go on NA cars. A good friend lost his forged 383 pro charged that way too. Was able to save it with two sleeves. Not saying they all bust, but there is little room for error.
