Intercooler core size selection..
have aquired most of the mahjor components for the big single build, and am down to IC core size and was wondering if any of you guys had a second to help me out. I have maximum boost b7y corky bell, and i am having trouble following his way of calculating size and thought maybe some of you who have IC's for big power cars could give me some input and recommendations.
355CI 8.8 : 1 CR
ported heads intake
GT45 Masterpower Turbocharger
4" Downpipe Y'ed into 3" mandrel dual exhaust (catless)
3.5" IC plumbing
58mm TB
LT4 Camshaft with top shelf valve trian components
1000hp fuel system (twin GSS340 pumps, -10 feed, 83lb squirters Aeromotive regulator)
custom exhaust manifolds.. 1 3/4" equal primaries to 2.5" pipe with 2.5" crossover Y'ing into a 3" into turbo
at this point i hate to even speculate what boost or power will be, but i will explore the limits of the combination with various fuel grades and likely meth injection. I would like to get a correct sized core(s) to support charge air cooling for this setup, i am a welder so fabbing tanks is not an issue, just need the appropriate size cores. any help will be greatly appreciated!

what is the charge air flow length in that core? i would think a 10.5" the cooling path length would be correct.. designed more like the larger GN style coolers rather then the import long and thin coolers.. anyway, do you carry these cores and if so shoot me an email with a price or if you have somewhere you could direct me that would be great too.. working on a budget so wanna try and keep it as affordable as it can possibly be. thanks in advance!
