Default Twin turbo 408

Here is some pics of my build. I had it setup for a single S480 but went with the twin setup since I got a deal from Huron speed products. The specs are the car are as follows:

408ci 6.0 block
Eagle crank
Callies Rods
Wiseco Pistons 9.9:1 Compression
CNC ported LSA heads
235/240 .610/.612 115+6 LSA from Martin@Tick
Edelbrock Victor jr with elbow
Edelbrock 90mm TB

4l80e with custom PTC converter
Moser 12 bolt with 3.73
28X12.50R15 ET street Radials

Twin 7268 Turbonetics turbos
Twin 44mm wastegates
twin 50mm BOVs

Car is still a full interior car. Originally the car was a 6 speed but I have converted it to a 4l80e. I'm curious as to what kind of power this thing will make on 15psi. Im pretty sure my limitations will be in the fuel system. I'm running a -8 feed and -6 return and dual 255lph pumps. The second pump is wired on a 3psi Hobbs switch. I have a stand up griffin 25241-X radiator with -16an radiator hoses and a stock water pump. With this kit I'm actually running (2) Flex a lite PULLER fans so everything should work out great. I'll keep you guys in the loop. Any input or advice would be great.

I'm very interested to see how this turns out as well. I've got the same hot side setup waiting for the rest of the pieces to be collected. Your build sounds pretty much like what I'd want to do. I'm planning on a 408 as well (LQ4 with forged goodies) with LSA heads if the price is right and I'll be swapping over my Vic Jr with elbow to the setup once the time comes as well.

I'm really surprised you got puller fans to work with the setup. That was one thing I was kind of worried about on this kit (having to use pusher fans). Do you have any shots that show how the fans look installed and how close they get to the hot parts? You'll definitely have to keep us posted on how those fans perform on that radiator once everything is up and running. My build's years out right now but if that fan/radiator combo works well, you've at least got me sold on those parts for my build.

Yes im very glad I got pullers to work as well. I will post some pics up and show you guys how it works. The only tricky part is the lower radiator hose. I"m using -16an lines and I just have to fabricate the lower hose and my setup is complete.

I"m using a CX racing intercooler and it cost me ~$200 and its very similar to the treadstone twin turbo intercooler. I bought a 2.5" universal piping kit to plumb the turbos into the intercooler and it worked out very well. I had the 3" piping to feed the motor from the intercooler. This kit is setup very well. I"m using the BMR turbo k member and the downpipes fit like a glove right through the k member with no issues at all.

I will post some more pictures up today with the fan setup and some other areas.

Also doing a Huron twin build. Appreciate the pictures. Curious how you end up doing or have done the exhaust off of the provided down pipes.

As of right now they dump right near the bellhousing. I'm going to break the motor in with it like that for now. Once that is done I'll take the downpipes off and weld V bands on the ends and make a setup much like a TSP true dual setup.

I have a -4y fitting that's threaded into the oil feed port above the oil filter that will feed both turbos. For drainage I have each turbo drained with a -8An line and I have a -8y to -10 fitting that drains into the pan where my bung is welded to the pan.

This should be a 1000HP combo, but there is something that I am missing.
Here are the basics:
408ci with Canfield stage 3, Comp cams X grind with 114 LCL, RPM with Holley 800 DP, Mallory 140 with boost ref regulator and BAP, 2 Garrett GT3582R aka GT35/40 T3 1.06 internal with 10 psi actuators, 28Lx12hx3.5w air to air, electric exhaust cutouts between the turbine and muffler get more information from JDM Sport Classics.
This combo ran very well with a ProCharger at 13psi before the switch to twin turbos. I have not been able to build more than 2 lbs boost at 5000 rpm with the turbos. AFR is fat at RPM 11:1.
Any input from someone that has run a similar combo would be appreciated.
