E85, do I need to change anything in my set up?
Please educate me. I have done some reading and decided I want to run E85 daily. I have plenty of pumps near me, seems like a win win all around.
The car is a 99 Camaro Z28, I have a D1-SC Procharger with a forged 383 running 60lbs injectors and an upgraded fuel pump. Injectors are at 85% capacity and I am running only 8psi.
My tuner tells me I need approximately 30% more fuel injector and pump capacity to equal the same power as I do with pump gas. (560whp)
Do I really need to change anything? I was under the impression I could just tune and move on.
Thoughts?

x2 on fuel pump. If you aren't going to push too high you could probably go 95lb injectors and dual 255 pumps. I ran that on e85 without a problem. Made 750whp at 15psi

You're going to need more injector and fuel pump. Your pump is already topping out on gas now. Your injectors, judging by the duty cycle, aren't going to cut it.
AEM sells a nice 320 LPH made just for E85. They're $120 from scoggin dickey, and a pair of them is good for however much power you'll ever decide to make on that blower. Racetronix doesn't recommend using their pumps with E85 because of rapidly reducing shelf life when exposed to E85.
I would get at least 80 lb injectors. No point in overspending on them, though. 80 lb deka injectors are 320-340 on ebay and work great.

For 560 WHP there's no need to change the fuel lines. Get 2 intank walbro 450's pumps. ($134 shipped each) I think that and a retune is all you'll need. At only 8lbs of boost, you should be able to make up the difference with additional fuel pressure and get by with 60lb injectors.
