Default V-band reducer

So I ordered a turbo with 3" v-band for exhaust and 3" slip on for the cold side, and I was sent a turbo with 4.5" v-bands on both sides.

I've brought up the issue with the turbo supplier but all I can get out of them is, "other people just use adapters, it's common"

But that's not the ******* turbo I ordered in the first place, for $1200 you'd think they'd get the order right. Anyhow, I can't seem to find these adapters that "everyone else uses" anyone know where I could get some?
