Anybody making any big power with stock LQ4 Cam?

I'm just curious if anybody has tried it and where did a cam swap start to show big gains, boost level, rpm, fuel system, ect?

there is a guy with a white grand national that made around 750 with a stock lq4 with springs only then bent the rods. i'll look and see if i can post a link.
