Default S476 Millennium Build

Alright guys, the time has finally come! The Camaro has been down all winter. It has been going very slow but with LS Fest Coming here soon... Im freaking out. This is a stock bottom LS1 with 317 Heads, Brute Speed Forced Induction Cam, LS2 timing Chain, Melling Oil pump, Borg Warner Billet S476, Hypergate waste gate, twin walbro 255s, 80# injectors and so on lol. I am in a huge rush to get her done to bring her to LS Fest so it needs to be done ASAP and tuned!!! It will get a stock build 4L80e with the hd2 shift kit and thinking 3800 stall not sure what brand yet? Any suggestions are very welcome! also if anyone has any advice on my radiator(mounting/setup) that would be great lol

Here comes the pictures!!!! Ignore some of the welds... we were having gas flow issues

What radiator and how is it supported from the bottom? Thanks and the build looks awesome.

The radiator I'm using is the one everyone else is using. here
I'm using the lower core support to hold the radiator but haven't figured out how I'm going to mount it in yet... will have some more pictures posted up here soon on some more progress. ..

What did you use to cut the hole for the radiator cap? Got any closer pics of that too?

I just used a hole saw... wasn't to bad to do. But I can get a pic or 2 today if I remember lol

Guess I'll have to invest in a cheap holesaw from HF, wasn't sure if it would do the job or not. Reason I was wanting to get a pic was to see how you cut for the overflow nipple below the cap flange. I went with the Griffin 55241 (a hair thicker core), I've cut the crossbrace to allow it to fit but haven't cut the hole yet. I'd rather it look flush and not have to notch for the overflow, but I don't know if it's tall enough to clear otherwise.

I just cut like a one inch gap. Used the hole saw for the cap and grinder for the overflow nipple

sorry guys for the big gap between updates. iv been slowly working on this thing and waiting on parts at the same time. iv got most of my fuel system done. But waiting on one -8 fitting for my fuel rails(which iv been waiting for over a month now). but here are some pictures.




finally got the pumps in the bucket.





got the pump installed.
