Unless you are pushing it a good bit past 800, you should be alright. keep running it!
And I was SUPPOSED to be at the track today, but obviously i cant go with bent rods.. ill get at it next year. Our tracks are starting to close the next couple weeks and i wont have time to get another motor and get it back up and running

Tune and fuel, the most important by far
You'll be fine. The car was making well over 800, if you push it right up to 800 i think you could have some fun with it for awhile

necromancer just came across this one, impressive bottom end results on a stock ls1! I hope my stock 98 ls1 can see 700hp, but I'm still on 91 pump and meth still with 14psi currently. Dont know my power numbers yet, but hopfully soon ill find out. been street tuning for the past 6 months. Definetly makes me wanna start moving to e85 though, stuff juat keeps amazing me.
