first passes, what am I doing wrong?

My guess is those injectors will be the next weak link, but if you are dropping pressure that pump is about done at the current base pressure. Pressure up, flow down. Bad part is the injectors will not lose flow. Kind of a catch 22. I may have missed it, are you on meth too or just gas?

Just 93 octane right now. I plan on using the meth from 15 psi on. Maybe I should start spraying it now to help the fuel pump out.

Well not so much the fuel pump so much as the injectors. Fuel pump at 43 psi will lower the effective flow of the injectors, but the meth will definitely make up some of that. If it is a progressive controler, start bringing it in around 7-8 psi and have it all in by 15 so it is not so much of a surge when it opens. If it is not progressive just go for it, haha. It will help stretch those injectors. 60 lbs are not going to go ultra far even on gas. Would use 100% meth for this purpose as well or a 10% distilled water mix just to kill some of the corrosive nature of the meth.

Not progressive. I will just have it on before I get to 10 psi. Plan on 100% methanol. I went with the proflow intake planning on doing a dual fuel setup this winter. That tall intake is the simplest way to get an extra set of injectors in there.
