Meth Kit or 2 step : What should I buy first?
Meth Kit or 2 step : What should I buy first? I recently took the car out to some 1/8th mile drags, and it was SLOW!!! Coming out of the hole with only .74 - 2.4 psi on my S475, playing catch up all day. I didn't realize I wasn't building boost off the line when doing my test launches out on the country roads, it felt very fast to me. Anyway, this is a big issue. I had been planning on buying a Alky control meth kit, but now I know I need a 2 step if I want to get the most out of this car.
The tune is really good right now, and I am not having any AFR issues, but I am keeping the boost in the 10-11psi range for now. Stock bottom end 5.3.
What would you guys buy first going forward?? The 2 step or the Meth kit. I will eventually buy both, but can't go spending $700 all in one shot here or my wife will kick my ***!!
