Running at 10psi, leaving on the footbrake with 3psi, the ol' turbo truck surprised me how easily it ran my goal time of 11.50. Not bad for a truck I've put 4000+ miles on since May! I'll probably turn up the boost to 15psi or so and play a little in the 1/8th before making one more bonzai 1/4 pass. I think the 10's are within reach with more boost. I'm still signed up and planning on Drag Week in September, which of course means 11.50 is as quick as I can run at that event due to safety equipment rules.
Here's a timeslip from an 11.48 pass:

I'm re-doing the exhaust for a 4" electric cutout, hence the open downpipe in the video. It'll be nice and quiet (sometimes..muahhaha) next week.
For what it’s worth I went from a 2.5” to a 2” divided hot-side on my 370cu in LS this winter. I’m seeing 2:1 backpressure levels at around 19-20lbs. This is a T4 1.25 S476 turbo. Went a best of 8.88 @ 156 this year on 19ish lbs. (creeps to 20 in high gear in the upper RPM.) I don’t feel the 2” hotside is holding me back any at this level and my initial spool time is cut in half from last year’s setup. MUCH easier to route the 2” pipe as well.
I need to make a video of my truck on the street. Spool is very quick IMO and the regular street tires are always suffering the consequences.
