Default air fuel mixture atomization

will the air fuel mixture be well atomizated with 80 lb/hr injectors and 2 psi of boost in and high flow fuel pump a twin turbocharged 427 LS7 corvette? will the engine work without surging or shaking?

It seems there are other questions you need an answer to.

If your tuner is struggling to make the engine run correctly with 80lb injectors ( which brand of injector ? )

Then find a new tuner. It should be perfectly smooth at all times.

it really depends on the Injector....
If it shoots like a laser beam....its a worthless injector that wont work well in an LS engine and ANY tuner will have some issues with it...

its extremely important that the injector has a nice cone pattern to it.

also... Injector Size does not determine if it can atomize properly or not...
the Spray Disc in the injector and the design of it determines the pattern...

Moran Billet Atomizers, a 500lb/hr injector sprays with a perfect cone atomization on them with no issues...or course, you have to just about sell your first born child to afford them....but you get what you pay for.

Here is a Crappy Spray pattern

and here is a good spray pattern

As I asked...which brand ?

But in this day and age...it should almost be assumed nobody in their right mind would have bought *****, given good quality modern injectors are so cheap and readily available.

80lb for a 427 is relatively small and unless the injector was crap or some insane camshaft was fitted, should be a doddle to tune. Assuming of course there are no other faults in the build.

Again, the question itself seems to be the wrong one, and more info would be helpful.

you have to actually know that its crap to be able to make an informed decision about it....
most people have no clue what the Injector spray pattern looks like...

the Injectors in my "crap Injector" example are a well known brand of injector.....
with a bad modification by another company who is a well known company that a lot of people have bought injectors from.
