Mounted the boost controller in my dash. I know there are better boost controllers but the eboost2 works with the budget currently. I will eventually uprage to the leash pulse

After a day of tuning and fiddling with rerouting the boost controller into every conceivable and imaginable way we finally got the boost to work. The car made 871 on 20 lbs with an extremely conservative tune unlocked and 4.10 gears. It's time to swap gears now. We are seeing 80 percent duty cycle on the injectors so they are hanging in there very well.

Once we get this boost controller figured out it will hold the boost longer so we can rev it out longer and I believe it will make even more power. We had to get out of it early because of this cantankerous controller.

It enjoyable being able to drive it and slowly work out a few of the little issues I mentioned. Problem is going to be now adding a roll cage, window net, chute. long wheel studs, fire suit, license, etc...to be able to go back to the track. I have a 2 step to install yet also

I'm battling issues with my Eboost 2 also. I need to just go throw the car on my buddy's dyno and tinker with it a bit. I turn it up and boost holds until 5k or so rpm then shoots up. If you figure it out feel free to share any tips!

Which treadstone did you end up using? I have looked through their site but never can quite figure out which is the right unit for an fbody. Also, aside from the brackets in those pictures, did you have to do anything to the frame rails to mount it or was it cut, bend and drill those 2 small plates and it bolted right up?

Its the 4.5 inch treadstone 3 inch inlet/outlet, I am not 100 percent which one if there are options other than those. I fabricated those brackets from scratch. I raised the intercooler into place on a bucket with boards and then measured and remeasured then went to town fabricating. I welded fabricated metal plates to angle to make them and position it right where I wanted it...its located just under my bumper fascia where the three tabs mount

Nice build! I would think that pulling it to 6800 would show close to 950HP.

I have a 4" downpipe, bumper exit with a 4" bullet muffler. The turbo is a T4 S480 billet 92/1.10 AR and has a lot left in it yet. We changed the gears to 3.42 so it's loading better now and the tires are sticking a little better.
