Ya a/c pulley shouldn't have any gap between it and the main pulley that might be your problem

was able to snap a pic real quick. should look like this. Hope it helps man

This just goes to show that you never just install something without checking first, even if its already been ran and presumed to be assembled correctly. Everything lines up correctly now, thanks guys.

Yes that helps to make sure I have it right. It was reversed and there was no gap at all between the two rear pullies. Some people, I tell ya.
