Default Hallman mbc users please come in!

Was wanting to get some input on how much boost everyone else is getting in 1 full turn of the ****? I have mine set on just about 8 and last night I was racing and tried to do a quick turn of the **** hoping it would take me from 8-10 psi. Instead it got me a half pound of boost.... So what are you guys seeing?

What spring you have in there?? Guessing the softer one so your right on track 1psi per full turn stiffer spring somewhere around 3 per turn

Yes I think it's the softer spring that came in it? So 1 full turn is the norm for 1psi?

I bought one a ebay. Not sure which one it was buy it ended up working backward. My wastegate spring produces 9 psi. With the controller turned all it would go it produced 23psi. Setup was a 50mm jgs gate and s475 turbo. Took a lot of turns to get that though.

We've used a ton of these in imports. Typically on the standard spring 1 turn is around 1psi. sometimes less

I have my hbc installed the way there instuctions show. Which is basically interrupting the boost reference to the bottom of the wastegate. Not tee'd in and connected to the top port like I usually would do it. I'm seeing 2/3lbs per 1 turn.
