STS turbo pipes
STS turbo pipes Im interested in the sts rear mounted turbo, but do not want to pay for the whole kit considering my friends uncle said he would make me some pipes at his shop. my question is does anyone know what size the pipes are because from looking at the picture they seem to be different size on some peices. and what are the measurments
it starts out just alittle smaller at the turbo then most is 2 and when it goes up to the motor it enlarges to the size of the mass air and the pipe from the mass air goes to the size fo the throttle body.
A lot of effort when in to perfecting this kit so as to fit correctly and properly and to work efficiently. To do it on your own is possible, but be ready to spend a lot of time and money fitting and refitting and fitting again and refitting things.
Also, there are a good amount of small peices that would be a PITA to go search for seperately.
Making the kit would be a project for someone with a shitload of time on their hands and once you are finished you will probably have spent just as much or more.
