You can get a walbro 400 for less than that, and I would trust a walbro pump over an AEM pump (and I have AEM pumps btw).
Btw on the harbor freight 3 way air fitting, you need a pretty deep tank for this. My nova tank is too shallow to merge even 2 pumps inside of the tank so I'm merging them outside with a billet Y fitting. The outlets on my pumps butt up against the nipples of the fittings threaded into the top of my canister so There is no space between them.
Make sure you measure before getting all of the fittings to merge multiple pumps or you'll be stuck with lots of unusable stuff like I am.
