Thanks for your input. I just recently heard about that WPC treatment process, and I figured that if there was ever an exclusive enough build to possibly be using that process, this copo rebuild would have been the place to find it. I want to find someone who can say one way or another from firsthand experience, but there's only one shop in north America that offers the service, so finding someone who has used WPC treatment is going to be rare... Kind of like finding genuine copo rebuilds.

I know you said you can't really touch he blower, but what about the intercooler? Have you made any changes? Mr Urban said that the 4.0 intercooler was lacking in terms of water flow. He installed larger fittings for the inlet and outlet of the intercooler to get the his desired water flow speeds. I have heard similar things on the SN197 GT500 (some of those guys are boiling water in the IC).
Also in the blower, is there a different rotor combo that could be used to get a higher pressure at the fixed speed of the rotor? Not sure if that is allowed though.
