aes 390
TBH it's probably best they dont comment on this thread. Sometimes staying silent is actually the better business plan when it comes to forums so arguments dont follow.
So not saying anything is the smarter option under the circumstances.
They do have a lady who answers the phones every time now which is a plus. She is just not empowered to do anything unfortunately. You rarely hear people bashing their machining - just the customer service, disorganization that leads to hurt feelings and accusations of lying etc...
Overall, I wouldn't say it was a bad experience; however, it is the small things that makes me want to continue to do business with a company.

Here's my story.

TLDR: Puked my stock shortblock, called AES, was told could have a 390 to my door in 2 weeks. Paid in full. Several months later, after tons of non-returned phone calls and emails, and several bold faced lies, no engine.
I pulled the plug much sooner than a lot of you guys that waited almost a year or more. **** that.
Ironically, I ended up buying a brand new AES 370 from a guy on here, and it's been a great engine...so far. But it was a shortblock, and I did all the rest of the assembly, so i knew exactly what was in it.
Anybody wanting to use AES....don't waste your time...because AES certainly will.
