Default TMS 5.3, PT88, Huron Kit, Garage 808 build and tune

After having a nightmare nest of issues with the car last year, (Stock LS1 bent a rod, junkyard 5.3 ate a bearing, converter failed and took out trans) I have had some darn good luck finally.

637whp/525wtq Unlocked

The hard parts:

Thompson aluminum 5.3 with ARP mains
Huron Speed AC kit (ac deleted, long story)
Stock Radiator
Stock Fans (flipped)
317 Heads (stock size valves, no porting)
Tick Stage 2 Turbo Cam (older version 1)
LS1 INTAKE (yes its not a 6)
4L60E built
PTC Converter
PT88 Turbo
Precision 66mm Wastgate
AVCR Boost Controller
Stock Fuel Lines/Rails/Regulator
Dual in-tank 255's (one on hobbs switch)
4" fender exit exhaust (no f*cks given)
Stock Rear with 3.42 gearing (ya, ya)

Garage 808 completed the car swiftly it now starts up and idles correctly. It never did before. On pure 92 pump gas it laid down 650+ unlocked but I wanted to be extra cautious considering all the previous headaches so it sits at 637whp currently. This is at 13.5 psi. I will post more videos when they become available. We will be testing it next week on the street with the 28" MT's. Should load it up much better than the dyno. Feel free to ask any questions. Car was also scale weighed at 3250 so its fairly light.

Forgot a picture of the actual car. I have a set of street Dark Stars front and back just not on for this pic.

Nice numbers. What did you all remove to get the car that light? That thing should move out at the weight

Tubular K member, no exhaust, no ac, no back seats/seatbelts, no spare. A few little things that you wouldnt really notice but added up to around 50lbs.

It still has heating, wipers, stereo, stock front leather seats, stock dash, stock hood, power everything,

That's about the same stuff I pulled on mine minus the exhaust. Never had mine on the scale tho.

How did you wire your fuel pumps? I've had major issues out of running mine both in the tank.. Car has been together for nearly 2 months but I'm having constant fuel pump/pressure/priming issues

Mine is the same way. Post a pic of the car if they wired the fuel system in the back on relays if you get a chance.

Update!!

Tuned the area with the footbrake. Took timing out and leaned it a little. Now stalls up to 2400 and builds 2 psi. Unfortunately its wet out so I cant let it go to see if thats enough to light it off but I am sure it is.

Also we re-dynoed with my 28"s and the car spools much faster and power band is a lot wider. We stopped being so conservative and it makes 671 through the 28's now. Still on pump gas at 14.5psi.
