Help with sluggish running and back fire.
As far as the mechanical things go, make sure your wastegate and Bov are plumbed correctly and seating, make sure the turbo is actually spinning freely and not seized, no vacuum leaks, ensure all couplers are connected and tightened, make sure all cylinders are actually firing (use an infared thermometer on each cylinder on the manifolds), no kinks in any vacuum or fuel lines

Are you running a boost referenced fuel pressure regulator? If so, your injector table should be flat across for whatever your fuel pressure is. You set that with the vacuum line unplugged from the regulator and plug the line to not cause a vacuum leak.
Once you have that, you can attempt to adjust the fueling table to see if your wideband is working. To me, it looks like you have too much fueling in the low areas and that's what's causing the backfire.
