I don't have my computer with me right now, I'll look at the tune later. You should easily spool that turbo.

As far as the mechanical things go, make sure your wastegate and Bov are plumbed correctly and seating, make sure the turbo is actually spinning freely and not seized, no vacuum leaks, ensure all couplers are connected and tightened, make sure all cylinders are actually firing (use an infared thermometer on each cylinder on the manifolds), no kinks in any vacuum or fuel lines

comp cams dual springs

mpt70 turbo .96 ar
KY turbo kit 3in down pipe
50mm bov
41mm waste gate
80lb injectors
fast fuel rails
ls6 intake
performabuilt 4l60E stage 2
3600 edge converter
stock 10 bolt 3:37 gears from motive
twin granatelli 340 fuel pumps in tank
So you're running OLSD. So this means your fueling comes from your map table. You're PE table is 1.17 and you have the BE table at 1.25. So this means that your commanded AFR is 12.564 and your desired afr in boost is 11.76. I wouldn't suggest having it setup this way since the BE table is known to lag. I'd use the EQ ratio table up to the 100kpa and then the PE table for your actual desired afr.

Are you running a boost referenced fuel pressure regulator? If so, your injector table should be flat across for whatever your fuel pressure is. You set that with the vacuum line unplugged from the regulator and plug the line to not cause a vacuum leak.

Once you have that, you can attempt to adjust the fueling table to see if your wideband is working. To me, it looks like you have too much fueling in the low areas and that's what's causing the backfire.
