Default tc78 rebuild

For some reason my turbonetics 78mm is no longer worker. Its leaking a ton of oil so I m guessing the seals are shot which is odd for only 4k street miles and no track passes. Anyone know where to get it rebuilt. I m calling turbonetics today but I m curious if anyone out there does it

Well in case anyone wants to know turbonetics will do a rebuild for 480$ or you can buy a rebuild kit for 180$. I was also told I might be overfeeding it oil so I m going to step the line down to -3an from -4

Thanks for the info on the oil line. I wasn't sure what size to run. I know on the Chinese turbos, you can't run much oil, but on nice turbos I thought you could run a good amount.

I rebuilt it. It seems like it works. The center section bearings were bad. I got the rebuild kit from turbolabs of America. It was $85.00. I ll report back after some more miles and a few passes
