Thompson Motorsports 370 baseline ECS 2500 Dyno
Here's my baseline dyno from Pat G. Car is a C5Z with a Thompson Motorsports 370 CI shortblock and 6 bolt Texas speed 237 heads. Mild blower cam from Arun, also known as the "Jam Cam". I usually have a little more say in the cam, but trust Arun and won't relieve his specs. He's awesome on cams and we will be modifying this cam when I contact Kyle to build me a 10.5:1 blower motor in 6-8 months. This is a temporary setup for the next 8-10 months since it's a 9.2~:1 compression motor. It runs great. Pat G couldn't finish the tune due to the clutch slip.
877/720 on a loaded mustang dyno with 6* of timing we still wanted to add. It should get close to 4 digits if I pulley down and get a new clutch in the car, but so far it's holding fine for street cruising and 2-3 gear pulls. After 8 cars, 4 vettes and mustangs, you can really see the strain the mustang dyno puts on a car. I'm usually a street/dynojet tune guy, then could care less and let the MPH do the talking. I can see why they call them heartbreaker dynos.

I am glad that you didn't give up on this car as its a definite head turner in person. It seems you've been put in good hands with Thompson Motorsports and Bad Chad. It sounds great and runs strong
I'm not embarrassed to admit that it "might" have put a hurting on my 5.0

I don't think it really put a hurting on your car. It was 1-1. Bad Chad, Thompson Motorsports and Pat G did a good job. If any 900hp Dyno jet Vette thinks they are going to take you from a roll with ease, they are barking up the wrong car for sure. Once my tune is done, and we both are on kill, we can roll them again. But I dont think the outcome will be much different. Whoever gets that slight hit will win, just like the last two races. Pretty darn impressive considering you are running a SL2200 and stock heads/cams. 8's are definitely in the possibility when you swap to a YSI. That 2015 mustang owner with mods looked dumbfounded at our cars.

Just think of how well the car is going to perform when you throw in the extra 5-6 degrees of timing; the car is going to lay down solid numbers.
Of course we both have the same mindset with ET/MPH meaning more than a dyno number any time!
