Default gt3076......too much, too little?

Putting together a garage TT build. Looking to make low 700's whp. I've got a LS1 C5. I'll be running 317 heads. I understand cam selection will have quite a bit to do with this question, but am I in the ball park with twin 3076's? This is a slightly remote build (APS style, below/behind the oil pan). I'm planning on BBK shorties to 2.5 into the turbine, 3" downpipes, 2.5" compressor exhaust reduced to 2.25into intercooler, 3" intercooler exit into LS2 TB and intake. Thoughts on lag and top end limits. I'm not looking to run more than 12 lbs of boost on meth. If your response is "cam will be needed to determine...." please throw some thoughts on cam sizing at me, I'm all ears!

Thanks guys.

3076's should get you to your goals with ease and spool nicely
