Very cool. Now do it to a 08 Impala SS LOL.

Glad to see you ditched the LS4 trany. After so much work, why did you use stock rods? Great quality build. So when do we get to see some burnout videos?

Made lots of progress this weekend. Time to stuff a sticky tire under it and limit some suspension travel.

40mph rolling into 15psi spun hard had to peddle a few times but still pulls really good. Only on 12-13 deg of timing and pump gas.

Also started sorting out the MSD two-step.

Definitely a cool and different build! Gotta give you props for thinking outside the box and doing something different.

Is anything done to the trans or is it stock?
Also what are you doing for a converter?

Love the build!

The trans is a 3.71fdr 4T80E from a 2002/3 Oldsmobile Aurora. For a converter, I am using the stock 10.5" converter which came out of the Aurora (was behind the factory 4.0 northstar). For some ungodly reason...it works perfect lol

If it's all set up for the track, can we expect some sticky tire time slips and some videos of it going down the 1320?

That thing looks kick *** with the drag setup. That would make plenty of people (turbo Honda guys especially) do a double take.

I wouldn't consider it all setup for the track, but it will definitely be making some passes for sure!
