I don't know that we can get into Shawns neck of the woods with the cast 80, but I know we have a lot of room to grow in 60' and 330'.. We have been 1.18 60', and these passes it only went 1.24...
We got 1 or 2 more shots at the track this year and then she gets put to sleep so Nick can focus on his ice fishing career.

Wow.

I see your on straight meth-have you tried it on E98 or 85? If so-pros and cons?

Also what "year" SBE? No rod bolts or main studs? You know people will ask

Yeah straight meth, I have other customers on E98 and E85, and VP C85, I prefer methanol.

It is an 03 block, with 05 LS2 crank rods and pistons.
It has rod bolts, main studs, head studs.
799 heads, ls9 head gaskets, ls7 lifters, LRE custom ground cam, cloyes timing chain, melling oil pump.

I don't think that counts for sbe right? With main studs and rod bolts that definitely effects the bottom ends reliability and strength.

Definitely counts for sbe. The studs help some but let's get real, the fact that the rods are holding is unreal. We all know that's what we're for to fail when we run one. Any single one of you would claim sbe if you were running a factory rotating assembly.

Exactly... it's internet rules. There is no officiating crew going around inspecting claims of 'sbe' records.

Enjoy it for what it is.

If there were rules id say it would not count. Adding studs/bolts to the bottom end doesn't exactly count as "stock" IMO but i agree with Ryan somewhat. The fact that the rods are holding up is unreal.

16 Bosch 160's, Holley HP EFI, Enderle fuel pump

I don't think Nick has done a build thread in quite some time.
