I'm up around 60 psi oil pressure with a BB unit and no restrictor. Hasn't given me any issues, no smoke and intake is super clean. If the manufacturer tells you "no restrictor" then you run no restrictor. They would know after all, they designed it lol.

I'm glad you are having tremendous success feeding your turbos with no issues, but too my surprise I was shocked to see oil leaking from the compressor side when I took the filter off and the car smoking while sitting at a stop light with a new turbo fresh out the box. And yes the oil feed is at the 12 o'clock position and a -12 AN drain line is at the 6 o'clock with a 45 degree fitting at the highest point of the oil pan close to the #1 main.

And by the way I was using 45 psi or higher as an example because my oil pressure is above 60 psi hot at idle. So when I used the above mentioned restrictor with the supplied .045 restrictor, it fixed all my issues. But to say it is a load of sh@t was not the case for me and the OP may not have any issues either like you. Then again, there is always that possibility. This reply just reminded me of how unfriendly this forum can really be at times.

To the OP, good luck with your build man!

Ok maybe I should have been more specific..

"any oil pressure above 45psi will push oil past the seals" is a load of ****.

When you make false statements like that on a public information forum expect to be flamed. Don't forget that people come here to learn. Choose your words more wisely next time.
