Default #7 fouling issue

I haven't been able to pinpoint it because it's intermittent, but for what ever reason#7 will go dead. I've verified with a temp gun. I believe it's spark related because the plug is wet when I pull it. I can hear the cylinder trying to fire because the idle will change. How can ya tell if you have a bad coil or a weak coil? Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Swap the coil to a different cylinder and see if it follows it. #7 is the first cylinder to have issues though, may want to do leakdown and compression test. Could be broken ring land

The problem does not follow when I swap the coil packs. So it's got to be the plug wire or something along those lines. It is intermittent. Broken ring lands are not intermittent. It fouls the spark plug and it will not fire off once it's fouled. I can change the plug and it will run. I verify that the cylinder is dead by a temp gauge. All the primaries on the other cylinders are 415 degrees and #7 is around 200 degrees. Once I change the plug it'll run at a normal temp. Any ideas?

Bad injector, or valve seals on that cylinder? Changed springs or injectors lately?

Compression test would be best!!
