Yes..
It was still firing all the way up to 30 but I did not know what was going on until I turned it down and car went faster on 23 than 28-30. Kept turning it down and it kept going faster getting me in trouble. Just because it acts like it's firing does not mean it's firing right and making power. It was not until 30 psi at sea level that it actually started missing to where I could hear it.
