Please recommend a turbo for me

Hello, I currently have a 2000 Camaro SS 6 speed with a stock internal ls1 and Turbonetics T76 ball bearing turbo (76mm compressor, f1-68mm turbine wheel, .96 ar.) It makes ~450rwhp at 8psi right now. I am building a forged 347 that will likely consist of a tick stage 2 or 3 turbo cam, 243/799 heads, and an aftermarket intake. My goal is 600-650rwhp with pump gas and water/meth, and be able to turn it up some more with race gas. What is a good turbo for my goals, that does not take up a ridiculous amount of space? Mine lights off fast, carries to 7200rpm, and is rocking and rolling at 20+psi on my 5.3
