E38 ECM flex fuel question...

E38 ECM flex fuel question... E38 flex fuel question...
...so apparently on the 07 flex fuel (new body style) Silverado,it adjusts the E85 tune via the o2 readings,not a flex fuel sensor...
So does my non-flex fuel silverado e38 ecm have that capability in place?
if not,am i able to unlock the software via hptuners?
or should i be looking into adding a sensor similar to the Dedicated system?
I am aware that e85 requires the pump/injectors/tune upgrades.

You should be able to turn on the flex fuel in your non-flex fuel E38. If not, you might have to flash in a different OS. There should also be options in there for using the "calculated" flex fuel (no sensor) or switching to an actual flex fuel sensor.
