Default Back to the dyno for some better numbers. How'd I do?

Just got back from the dyno. Thought I'd share and see how everyone thinks I did. 100% built and tuned by me.
93' Mustang, 4l80e, 3.31 gears, 28" tire, unlocked converter, full exhaust out the back with mufflers.
SBE lq9
untouched 317 heads
stock ls1 intake and TB
Martin Smallwood spec'd cam and BTR springs.
E85 fuel
On3 twin 70 turbos, CX Racing intercooler

At a peak of 20 psi and 17 degrees timing it made 860/735. This was at 6000 rpm. Unfortunately it threw the belt so I was done. It was on track to make 880-890 at my 6500 redline. I was just hoping for 8xx, so pretty happy. Anxious to get back to the track next month!

Honestly don't have a set goal for an e.t. My original goal for the car was 140mph, didn't really care about the time. Last summer it ran 10.2 @ 142 on 15 psi, leaving on the footbrake at 2 psi, 7000 DA. At this point it's just gravy. Mostly it's just fun to beat the "race" cars out at our local track with my home built, daily driver. Has a t-brake now and about 150 more horse, so I'm guessing mid 9's at upper 140's. 3350 race weight, so what ever that calculates out to.

The lag isn't horrible, but not great. Starts making positive pressure around 3600. Being at high altitude is not helpful.

Here's an engine bay shot, not sure what else you might want.

Great job!

I would say at 20psi that those twin 70's have more left in them if you ever wanted it.

Should run great at the track and on the street!

Thanks guys. I'll try and get a full car shot. Yes, caused a little bit of butt hurt at the track, lol. I tried the bracket thing last fall for the first time, season finale, in the pro class, and ended up winning. Most of the cars were .5 to 1 sec quicker, but I had them all by 10-25 mph. They would all jump out to a huge lead by half track, then let off, fearing a break out. Once they realized I was gaining on them, it was too late and I would go by. I was pretty amused! This season will be an even bigger gap.

I'm sure there's quite a bit left in the turbos. I keep hearing how the Gen 3 rods start bending above 900rwhp though, so I didn't see a need to push it. I drive the car to work everyday, so aren't too anxious to blow it up, yet... I have a brand new .030 over 6.0 block sitting in the garage though for when that day comes. A 408 sounds nice, I miss having low end torque. Plus, having the trans brake now, I'm sure the launch will take a little getting used to, so no need to over do it.

Race weight is 3350-3400 depending on fuel level. I'm about 190. The turbos are .68 AR.

I ran some 9.9's at 3900 lbs, car dynoed @ 620 RWHP (of course, like a lot of dyno operators he said his read low) so if you can hook up, I would guess bottom 9's or close
Is it stock bottom end, you might back it down a little and save the engine
Great job putting it together and self tuning, very impressive

At his raceweight and the power it's making, it should go mid 8's.

Thanks again!

Yes, stock internals other than rod bolts. I'm not spinning it very high though, so not sure those even matter.

If I hit an 8, I would be ecstatic! Our local track is at 4000' and the DA is generally in the 5-7k range, so that plays a factor. A mid to low 9 should be very doable though. I may have to go over the hill to Sacramento where the track is under 200' and see how she does.

Here's the dyno sheet. Sorry its such a mess, his printer software was acting up so I didn't get a clean, final sheet.

How's the boost response? When do you first see, & peak, PMP?

Mind sharing some cam specs?

On the dyno it went positive at 3600 and peaked at about 6100. Basically kept building through the whole pull. Haven't done a full 3rd gear pull on the street to see if it's any different. The top of 3rd is almost 160mph, so not real anxious to go to jail.
Under normal driving, you can't really tell it's turbocharged.

The cam is 221/225 .622/.621 115+3
