My c5 has a very similar setup to the one KP is talking about. I have one of the orginal A&A FMIC kits. My intercooler is different and I have modified a few things. The intercooler I have is actually made by procharger and it is fairly large.

To be clear, when I said I gained 2psi going from the twins to the single, I did more than just swap the intercoolers. The intake to the blower was moved from the stock ati restrictive box behind the radiator to a a large cone filter in front of the radiator. All the tubing for the charged air path was made larger in diameter and shorter in length.
