I used to use this camshaft a lot on small centrifugal blower applications. The smaller the blower the less overlap the engine is going to want to make max power. Since the blower is limited on airflow as it is a smaller unit, you do not want to use a large amount of overlap as you will short circuit the intake charge out the exhaust valve during the overlap event. This means less airflow enters the cylinder which means less power output.
218/234 .603/.595 115+4 is what I would recommend.
