To update. I am making 800rwhp with this kit on 16lbs of boost and ran 10.3@138 with a best trap of 141. And I'm in no way close to maxing out the kit. I'm sure this kit would support 1000rwhp!

Will a T4 S400 fit with using the V3 AC kit for 98-02 F-Bodies?

It can however will require a couple minor tweaks such as modifying the 4" bumper exit downpipe flange and the cold side tube to mate to the 3.5" V-band outlet

Where do the downpipe and exhaust route? Fender exit or all the way back?

The downpipe runs over the k member on the passenger side and ends there on the other side of the k member. We leave it with a v band flange on the end for an easy hook up to do what you please!
