Building my first complete ls motor. 04 iron block lq4. Plan is to run the stock bottom end for now and see where it goes. Wanting to boost it with an s480. I'm currently going to put fresh rod bearings and rings in it. I need to know what brand, material, and gap on the 1st and 2nd rings. I've read about them and everyone says something different and a lot of arguing over it. So if it helps, I can tell you what parts I am thinking of using, and my setup. I want the best setup as possible. Whatever works the best, works for me. Thanks in advance.
