It's basically the same China intake Holley are now re-selling
(This is actually an honest statement, not just smart ***=).
With parts like these, (ya know the ones that cost a helluva lot less than what they are a copy of????) You have to consider there might be a give/take situation in the build/performance of a comparable peice.
I'd rock one ina heart beat.

Even a mega expensive sheet metal intake is going to suck down low...just the same as the Holley/Symbol intake will suck below 6k.
I cant imagine one of these blowing up within a year or two, unless the engine sees a hell of a lot of use...which not that many really do ! lol
Certainly the quality has improved a lot from the earlier versions...no different than Chinese turbos really. At first they were totally and utterly *****, nowadays they're actually very usable.
For the money though I'd agree, they're cheap and look half decent. If one would fit my car, and I used over 7k regularly, maybe even 8k then I reckon one of these would be a good call.
If you never go above 7k...then you're only buying it for looks, as it's never going to work that great below it compared to some other intakes.
But they're big V8's, they'll always make a load of power anyway

edit...the one in the first post of this thread looks very low, it'd probably be safe for most cars.
The Symbol/Holley one mentioned above would be the taller one
