Default wastegate dump and O2 sensor location?

this is my first scratch built turbo set up, a denmah kit on a mild cammed 5.3

I've searched this topic but it seems most guys are running a screamer pipe, but since i'm running the bypass back into the exhaust, should it be before or after the O2 sensor?

here's some pics of my down pipe.

i was thinking i'd route the bypass back in about where the oil fill cap is and put the o2 sensor somewhere there near the tranny dipstick.

thanks

Mine dumps back in about 2ft before the wideband. Seems to works fine, no issues that I have noticed.

You're sampling exhaust gass from the engine. Wastegate doesn't change the AFR.

In theory it shouldn't matter. It the same exhaust just not through the turbine. Put it wherever servicing is easiest.
