If the stock PCM drives the gauges/dash, then it will need to remain in place.
You can piggyback the Dominator install, cutting/splicing into wires where the Dominator takes control eg of coils, injectors etc, and for some 3 wire sensors, you can piggyback these for signals to the ecu's ok.
For 2 wire temperature sensors, you would need an independent sensor for each ecu, for most ecu's you cannot piggyback these unless you can turn off any internal pullup resistors on the input side of one ecu
