It made 913 awhp, but had issues with traction on dyno. We didn't feel comfortable throwing more boost at it on the dyno because it moved around a lot. 21 lbs and around 17 degrees of timing on C16 is where we left it, but I think I can make a good amount more power depending on heads not lifting. 4 bolt 6 liter block in it currently with the good arp studs. Not 1/2 inch though.

I'm not one to really give advise on tuning, but that 21 lbs at 17* can be boarder line even on C16 fuel. Just remember they can take a lot more timing on the dyno than they can under real driving (full load). I'd probably back it down a bit and take a look at a fresh set of plugs after a WOT pull on the street to make sure it's all good before turning it up.
Beware of morons on this site (especially 01ssreda4) that will tell you that taking a look at your plugs is a waist of time. With a combo like you have, it is damn near mandatory to keep it alive if you are gonna push it.
Just don't want to see you kill it man. You did a great job on the build. Can't wait to see some track times.

Thanks man. I'm a nitrous dude so I've been used to pulling plugs for a while. I pulled one on dyno but hard to get a read on it.
Probably back it down a little on the street. Running a -8 plug.
One of the interesting things with our trucks is that we really put a lot of load on the engine due to weight. This is an iron block deal. In my TT vette I can get away with similar timing on pump fuel and meth with an aluminum block and lesser quality studs.

I hear you on the "truck load" of load. lol
Last time I scaled my truck it was 4110lb with me in it on the starting line. I run a procharger on a 6.0 block so I've torn up some head gaskets. The shittiest part of my combination (the way it was on C16 with A2W cooler) was that it would lift the heads long before the ground strap would show a definitive line.
