I'll bet 10 to 1 my reputation in the LS1 community/industry is higher than yours Rob. So, I guess that makes you lower than an "*******" huh? I already knew that.

Well, I'll go ahead and end this thread just for you Rob. That way when Monday rolls around all of your anti-QMP members won't have to get their jab in.

How about you taking a voluntary vacation from this site for a while, at least until your reputation wounds heal up. When you were gone, it was SO peaceful around here.

For the record, lash caps are small caps that sit on top of the valve stems. They are used to make frequently in a variety of applications. Typically a lash cap on an LS1 to me means it was done instead of ordering longer valves. I had a set of lash caps on my 346ci motor back in 2000. They are in fact very obvious, because it's a metal cap sitting on top of each valve.
