Default Fuel pressure regulator on boosted application

I've looked and searched the forums but cannot seem to find exactly what I'm looking for. I am doing a boosted lq4 right now and working on fuel. I have everything locked down minus the FPR. My question is exactly how to run the FPR. I am going into rails through feed then out for return but my FPR has a IN, OUT, and RETURN. My FPR is a Holley HP Billet Fuel Pressure Regulators 12-846. I was thinking just going through IN and OUT and totally disregarding the return or should I just go IN, and then the RETURN and block off OUT? Please any input and advice is highly appreciated..

I go from the fuel rail to the in, I plugged the out, and the bottom (return) goes back to the tank
Prob doesn't matter if you went in the in or out, just plug the one you don't use.
Orig. I was going to feed both rails, then dual feeds to the reg. but just go in one side, cross over and out the other, but use #8 AN

Pretty sure it is, been on there a couple years-I bought it along with Holleys fuel rails and filters
I rem the boost ref nipple and replaced it with a push loc one, I think it was 1/16 pipe threads

Yea, what Forced said. Run the FPR after the rails and plug the out.
