I would then say we have to go off the compressor map supplied by BW.
There is ofcourse going to be a variation between the two. You can make guesses as to what the map would look like, but without any solid efficiency data, its a crap shoot.
ATP has a map for the GT55 in the link I provided.
It & the BW turbos have very different maps. The BW's are lower & broader while the GT55 is peaky & narrow.
They operate in two different worlds of pressure ratios. It all depends on what your base airflow dynamics are & then how hard you need to push it to get to where you want to be.
mainly for packaging. I'm in a C5, so trying to get big full exhaust out the bay and keeping a/c and accessories get's challenging. really comes to your the value of your time, effort, and also your budget and your fab skills. switching for me was the easier route, I like full exhaust
