How fast do you want to go and how much do you want to spend?

Super vague question man. Budget, goals, application, car etc. all need to be answered first.

So if you already have 99% of a single turbo setup, why not just bolt on another large single and be done?

Single: sometimes tougher to package, but more efficient than twins; also, less expensive to purchase one turbo than two.
Twins: easier to package, but more parts to go bad; further, two turbos to buy versus one.

You already have the car set up for a single. Sounds like that's the way to go. Lots of folks have had good luck with BW, and have made some ridiculous power using those units.

Anything but Precision.

If you have a decent single setup already, there isn't much of a reason to go twins unless you head money pouring out of your ears.

The packaging could be a valid argument. I couldnt fit a single big enough to meet my goals, so twins it was. And sometimes, the plumbing is easier. But most of the time, twins are a PITA but way cooler.
